All UK orders over £50 are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. Orders placed after 2:30pm GMT Monday-Friday will ship the next working day. Orders placed Saturday-Sunday will ship the following Monday. Please note that we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery.

Please note that international shipments can occasionally be delayed by customs processing. Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout and are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 calendar days of receipt for a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn and unaltered) with protective covers attached to qualify for return.

We aim to process all returns on the day they are received, however please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to return to your account balance.
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend that you place a new order for the item you want to ensure that your exchange item is in stock. We would then recommend returning your original order for a full refund.
If you have an Aubry account, you can check the status of your order by signing in to your Account. If you didn't create an account before placing your order, once your order has shipped you can track its progress via the tracking number link in your shipping confirmation email.

Care & Maintenance
To ensure the long life of your Aubry watch we recommend avoiding contact with water. Your watch has a water resistance of 3ATM meaning it is suitable for everyday use (splash/rain resistant). It is not suitable for showering or swimming. Damage caused under these circumstances is not covered by the warranty.
We recommend using a clean microfibre cloth to gently clean your Aubry watch.

Your Aubry watch is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 24 months from the date of purchase. To benefit from the guarantee, you will be required to present proof of purchase of your watch.
The warranty does not apply to: - damage as a result of accidents, misuse, neglect, careless handling or unauthorised handling by a third party - vegan leather straps, mesh straps, dial crystals or cases - normal wear and tear or ageing - battery replacement during or after the warranty term
If you need to make a warranty claim please email us at email@example.com with a description of the problem. If the problem is covered by the warranty we will send you a warranty repair form to complete along with instructions on how to return your watch to us for repair.
